The territory I cover is Rochester, New York (Monroe County), although I do cover other counties within the Western New York region including Erie County, Livingston County, Ontario County, Genesee County, & Niagara County.

As a Title professional, I understand that this is a high-pressure environment, and can diffuse difficult situations with ease. I understand the chain of command and will always defer to the Title / Escrow, Lender, or hiring company should any issues or questions arise.

As a Notary, I understand my role in the signing & that I am not to provide opinions about the documents. I can easily comprehend the legal documents and where the signors should sign and where I should notarize. I also understand why scan backs are important & funding timelines. I also accept last minute signings.

I am more than willing to do scan / fax backs of the signed documents, upon request & will deliver the documents to FedEx/UPS same day if possible.
