I have notarized over 900 Loan Signings consisting of Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, Debt Settlements, Loan Applications, POAs, HELOC, Vehicle Title documents, Payment Waivers and Medical Release Forms, DocuSign Notarizations, Buyer documents and Seller documents.

I have trained with Notary2Pro and am NNA certified and insured.

I am updated on all procedural changes to the notary laws in my State, as well as document changes in the loan packages.

I arrive on time to signing appointments and will contact signers if I am running late.

I will not print documents double-sided.

Signers will receive a copy of the signing documents during each and every signing as instructed.

Scan backs will be completed as requested when required.

Document drop-off the same day for signing that are completed by 6:00 pm.

Signers will not be rushed or pressure to sign documents during our appointment.

I will not provide legal advice or my opinion concerning the data supplied in the documents.

Notarization are completed by me at the signing table each and every time and will only notarize when I witness the signer sign the documents.

Equipped with tablet access and a smartphone.

I am fully vaccinated.
